We Need To Do That Again

Eric stopped by Annapolis for an extended weekend. He is on leave for awhile, and wanted to hang out. That is all cool by me. Because of this, my weekend began early. That is always a good thing. Wednesday night, we stopped by Griffin's West for some food. Last night, we went up to Baltimore to chill with Kevin. It's Friday, and I am ready to keep going...

I don't think I have ever been to Griffin's West before. It wasn't a bad place. We had some nachos that were fantastic. It was really only a 30 minute stay at around 1030pm on Wednesday. Eric arrived that afternoon, and we just want to catch up. We made plans to see Kevin in Baltimore the following night.

Before our Baltimore trip, the three of us went to Rich's parents for dinner. It was good to see them, and Mrs. Park prepared and amazing meal. Moms rock don't they? We had shrimp scampi linguini, spinach and strawberry salad, corn on the cob, and garlic bread. My mouth is watering while I type. I'll have to soon return the favor, and have Rich to my parents for some more home cooking.

After our meal, Rich drove us up to Kevin's. Eric and I gave him a hard time. He never leaves Annapolis. I didn't even think he knew where Baltimore was. All joking aside, we picked Kevin up and drove to Federal Hill. We parked in the garage and made a quick decision to stop in Magerks. The decision proved to be the right one.

What else do you need out of a Thursday night? In the back, they have a walled in patio. We sat there and all caught up. I can't remeber the last time I have seen Kevin. He has started rotations at the hospital, and he does not get out much. Plus, Eric has not been in town for a number of months. It was an enjoyable time.

Eventually, we went inside to see the scene. The place wasn't too crowded on the second floor. The music wasn't too loud either. Downstairs, the music was way to loud. A lot of people had filed in, and everyone was having a good time. I talked to bunch of different people, and met some cool girls. All around, it was a great atmosphere. Hence the title, we need to go on another thursday night.

Today, I am counting down the hours till I go home. This weekend should be nasty. Mark, Rob, Jeff, and McCartan are coming to Annapolis. Gina and Anna will join us along with Matt, Megan, Denby, Jason, Kevin, Jen, Eric, and Rich. I guess we could dub tonight our house warming party. Good, Good Times.
