I will be attending the March 26 show with the amazing North Mississippi Allstars. I can't imagine the jams, the sweet sweet sounds, the down right nasty blues. This is going to be a legendary run. The type were musicians in the city randomnly come out and play. I'm thinking, this is going to be fun.

i am uber excited but realistic. they better pull out some new shit. if they continue to make crappy records like thier last two i'm out. because thier ship has sailed. by your side was a huge step backwards and lions has 3 good songs, one recycled song and the rest is not good. as for the opening acts. i will be there for the NMAS. soundtrack of our lives are a good rock band from sweeden. how jeff doesn't worship them is beyond me. the bees are good and psychodelic i don't know anything about the john butler trio but who'da thought the robinson brothers like indirock like ben kweller. they still are cool.
to add something else to the pot for the crowes weekend and the allmans the week before. both bands will be in town, image those possibilites! southbound? dreams? there have been other collaborations.
