Making The Turn...
My front stoop decorated for my 26th Birthday
Today, I have made the turn toward 30 years old. I am 26. Crazy. It is strange how time starts to move at a faster pace. The weeks are shorter even though work makes them long. The Birthday's rear their head sooner then you can imagine. I don't feel like I am wasting my life. It just seems faster.
I already received a few Birthday presents. As you can see, someone announced to the neighborhood a Birthday. My Dad stealthly adorned my house with balloons in the middle of night. It was awesome to walk outside at 630am to see the decorations! I have already received a few compliements from neighbors. Teresa also hooked me up with some gifts. Right now, I am wearing my new pair of shorts in the beautiful spring weather. There so comfortable and awesome. BARCA!!! I know what I am wearing all summer. Last night, my Grandmother and Great Aunt made me a wonderful dinner. Its great to spend some time with those ladies. Its been a great Birthday so far!
I think, I'd like to share a present with myself and everyone else. I miss writing. I miss generating buzz with my writing. I miss my SDN :) Ever since last summer, I have made myself too busy with work to update this site. I'd really like to make this year different. I was doing such a good job of logging all the good times. How am I to remember them all? I'm gonna really try and keep this going. Its so much fun! When life moves even faster (im told it will), I really want to have something to look too. Something that can fill the gaps in my mind.
