Oh Please, Just Get Warm!
Lets take a quick look at the facts:

Forecast: Rain & Rain showers
Unacceptable. Last night, I was suppose to attend the Timbers game. I didn’t feel like sitting outside in the cold wet night. I guess, I got lucky that the game was a tie. Still, they need to start winning to keep pace with the Whitecaps.
Back to the weather, I’ve moved on from hip hop to reggae. Pandora has a nice Reggae/Caribbean station. My speakers radiate warmth and block the cold wind from my office window. According to the local weather man, I’m not the only one complaining about the weather. I’ve heard from multiple media outlets that this is the grayest year on record. Crazy. I was expecting cold, wet and gray days, but I wasn’t expecting eternal fall. At this point, we might not even clear up in time for July.
Last night wasn’t a complete loss. Teresa and walked down to the Pearl to meet Michael and Grace. We browsed First Thursday and ate at Bridgeport. I had a peach and prosciutto pizza. Awesome. To wash it down, I had a Porter and a Stout. I can’t say enough about Bridgeport’s Stout. It is the best stout I’ve had.
It is Friday, so I’ll make the best of this weekend. The weather isn’t suppose to be nice until Sunday. Oh well, I’ll just have to watch all of the Euro 2008 games!
